What it is

This n8n workflow automates the process of generating SEO keywords and a description for your YouTube channel. It updates the channel and sends an email report, such as the following.

How It Works

1. A user submits their YouTube Channel ID, Video ID, email, short Channel description, and country of operation through a form.

2. The workflow retrieves the channel and video details using the YouTube API.

3. An AI agent (using OpenRouter as the inference provider and OpenAI's GPT-4.1-mini) analyzes the video's title, description, and tags to generate relevant keywords and a Channel description.

4. The keywords and description are then update for the YouTube Channel (will overwrite existing words & description).

5. An HTML email report is generated, summarizing the video performance analysis and optimization recommendations.

6. The email is sent to the user's provided email address.

Setup

To run this workflow, you need to set up credentials in n8n for:

* YouTube: Uses OAuth 2.0. Connect by authenticating your YouTube account.

* OpenRouter: Generate API key from your OpenRouter account. YT Tutorial

* Gmail: Recommend OAuth 2.0. like Google Sheets
